Responsible Gaming
Betting is entertainment, not a way to make money. 365Races gives you tools to stay in control, and this page explains how to use them, how to spot when play is becoming a problem, and where to get help.
If you or someone you know needs help now, reach out. You can self-exclude from your 365Races account at any time, or contact a support organisation such as BeGambleAware for free, confidential advice.

You can set these limits from your account settings, or ask our support team to help you set them up. They take effect straight away and a request to loosen a limit only applies after a cooling-off period, so a decision you make in a calm moment sticks.
- Deposit limits — cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month. You choose the amount, and it holds until you change it.
- Time limits and reality checks — set a reminder that pops up after a chosen period so you always know how long you have been playing.
- Cooling-off break — pause your account for a set period, from a day to several weeks. During a break you cannot deposit or bet.
- Self-exclusion — shut your account for six months or longer when you need a firm stop. We block re-registration for the exclusion period.
Warning Signs
Gambling can stop being fun without you noticing. It may be becoming a problem if you recognise any of these patterns in yourself or someone close to you.
- Betting more than you can comfortably afford, or chasing losses to win money back.
- Borrowing money, selling things, or falling behind on bills to keep playing.
- Spending more time or money on betting than you planned, and struggling to stop.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing, or hiding your betting from family.
- Letting work, studies or relationships slide because of time spent gambling.
If several of these sound familiar, it is worth taking a break and talking to someone. Using a deposit limit or self-exclusion is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Tips for Safer Play
- Set a budget before you start and treat it as the cost of entertainment, like a movie ticket.
- Only bet money you can afford to lose. Never use money meant for rent, food or bills.
- Do not chase losses. The odds do not change because you are behind.
- Take regular breaks, and do not play when you are stressed, upset or have been drinking.
- Keep betting as one hobby among many, not the main thing you do with your time.
