1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet on 365Races, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, along with our privacy policy and responsible gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play. You must also be legally allowed to take part in online gaming where you live. Online gaming is restricted or prohibited in several Indian states, and it is your responsibility to check the law that applies to you before you register. By using 365Races you confirm you are of legal age and that participation is lawful in your location.

3. Your Account

• You may hold only one account. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be closed and any related winnings voided.
• The details you give at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. False information can lead to closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Before your first withdrawal you must complete a one-time KYC check with a valid government ID. Payouts are sent only to an account or UPI ID in your own name.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits can be made from ₹100 using UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, net banking or IMPS, and are credited to your wallet once confirmed by the processor. Withdrawals are paid back to the method you deposited with, subject to a completed KYC check. UPI withdrawals usually clear in about two minutes once your account is verified, though a first payout or a large amount may take longer while we run standard checks. We may hold or decline a transaction where we suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonus, free bet or promotion is offered at our discretion and comes with its own conditions, such as a minimum deposit, wagering requirement or time limit. Those conditions are shown with the offer and form part of these terms. Bonuses are for genuine play only. Where we find that a promotion is being abused, for example through matched-betting patterns across linked accounts, we may remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Bets and Settlement

• A bet is accepted once it is confirmed and shown in your bet history. You are responsible for checking the selection, stake and odds before you confirm.
• Bets are settled on the official result of the event. Where a result is amended by the governing body after settlement, we may re-settle the bet accordingly.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or void, affected bets are voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• We may void bets placed on an obvious pricing or technical error, or where a market stayed open in error after play should have stopped.
• Cash-out, where offered, is settled at the price shown at the moment you confirm it and is not guaranteed to be available on every market.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

365Races is for fair, personal entertainment. You agree not to use bots, automated software or any tool that gives an unfair advantage, not to collude with other players, and not to bet on events you can influence or on which you hold inside information. Attempting to defraud the platform or other players, or using stolen payment details, will lead to closure and may be reported to the authorities.

8. Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account, and withhold funds pending investigation, where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, fraud, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so. Where an account is closed for a genuine reason unrelated to breach, any real-money balance is returned to you after standard checks.

9. Liability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, 365Races is not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including network failures, third-party payment delays, or errors in third-party data feeds. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
